The Ruesch Family: Preslie is 10 Months Old!

Preslie is 10 months old. She has grown up so much this last month. She started crawling on January 7, 2013. That morning she just sat and played with her toys. She went down for a nap and when she woke up and I sat her down to play she crawled over to me. It was so cute. It did make me and her daddy a little sad because she isn't our little baby anymore. She hates baby food. She wont eat it for anything. Every time I try it she spits it out and pushes the spoon away. I started feeding her regular food and she likes most everything. She loves eating a piece of a waffle every morning. I let her try my beans and cheese from Taco Bell the other day and she LOVES them. I couldn't feed her fast enough. She just learned how to say "uh oh" and she even knows when to say it. She always waves hi and bye. She also likes to get mad if she doesn't get what she wants. She growls at me if I don't give her something or feed her fast enough. She also likes to do things that I tell her not to do. For example she loves to stick her hand in the dog food and throw a handful on the floor or try to eat it. She has figured out how to open the cupboard door in our bathroom and she just realized that she can bang it open against the wall. She was doing this yesterday and I kept telling her "no". She would look at me, stick out her tongue, close her eyes (preparing for the bang) and slam the door against the wall. It reminded me of her brother and makes me think I am going to be in trouble with the two of them. Her hair is getting so long and I have now trimmed it twice just to keep it all even. When she gets out of the bath its so cute and curly but after it dries its just a crazy mess. She has started bathing with her brother now that she can sit up good and they both love it and have so much fun. I usually end up soaking wet from them splashing so much. Every month she gets more fun and I don't know what we ever did without her. I just wish I could slow her down from growing up so fast.
