Christmas was so fun this year with Gavin and Preslie. Gavin knew the things he wanted for Santa and he was so excited to get them. Preslie just liked to open anything and play with the toy and wrapping paper. Courts back hurt and kept him up the night before Christmas. He took some medicine on Christmas morning so he could move and it made him really sleepy so he spent most of the day sleeping at every stop we made. We have argued about how to spend our day on Christmas. He thinks we should let the kids stay home and play with their toys all day and I think we should run around all day visiting our parents and my grandparents. I have to say that after this year I think we need to spend most of our time at home. It was so much work to get the kids ready when they wanted to play and then to drag them to four different houses and try to be home again and make dinner for the night. We were all tired and I feel like I spent the whole day stressing about leaving at one house on time to be to the next that I didn't get to enjoy Christmas and watching my kids have fun. Anyways, we always wake up and open presents and then head to my moms house. After spending time at my moms we stopped at the Rueschs for an hour to rest and then headed to both my grandparents house and then we made it back home for the evening to eat dinner and unload all our stuff. All in all the kids had a great day and got so spoiled!
