Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So love the people who treat you right, forget about the ones who don't and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said it would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.

Shopping with Hem and Piya.
We are so thankful to have Hem and Piya here to help us. They know how to get around town and how to bargain with everyone!

Piya took us to her silver shop to get bracelets for all the girls and for our babies that we will one day have.

The Leopold Cafe was the restaurant hit by the terrorists.

Here is the Taj Hotel that also was hit. You can't tell by the pictures but it is right off the ocean. The terrorists really came straight off the water to the hotel. We didn't stay long here because it was so crowded and some indian boys were taking my picture which wasn't very comfortable.

The Gateway of India is right next to the Taj Hotel.

Everywhere we go there are beggers. Its really sad to see little kids with old dirty clothes and no shoes begging for food and water. We have been told that most kids actually work for someone so if you give them money they don't actually keep it. That has been the hardest thing for me to deal with here.

There are also women who beg for food for their babies. The come right up to you or your taxi and reach in to touch you.

Some of the group went down to the beach one night and there was a Ferris Wheel that was all done by man. They hop up, grab on and jump down to get it to spin.
