We took Gavin to the zoo last week for the very first time! It was kind of cold and overcast so it wasn't the best day but I couldn't wait any longer to take him since Robyn gave us a year pass! The nice thing about going this time of year is that there was no one there. I felt bad for the poor animals that had to stand around in the cold all the time. There weren't a lot of animals out either. I can't wait to go in the summer! Here are the few pics I took.
Not sure what was wrong with the giraffe, all it did was lick the wall.
The gorilla was trying to stay warm.
This cute little monkey broke my heart. It just sat at the window and stared at us like please get me out of here. I could have watched him all day.
We also experienced a gorilla pooping in his hand and eating it! I was ready to go home after that!
